Billing questions
How billing works.
- What counts as an email?
- Every email a campaign sends, first touch or follow-up. Replies you write from the inbox, and emails you receive, don't count.
- What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
- Scheduled sends wait instead of failing, and pick up again on the 1st of the next month.
- Is there a limit on mailboxes, prospects or team members?
- No. Invite your whole team on any plan, Free included. Plans only differ in how many emails you can send each month.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free. Your data stays, and you can export it to CSV.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. Invoices and payment details are in Settings → Billing.
